Now close you eyes and get into a comfortable position……..
Throughout this you will always feel in control and will continue to feel relaxed and safe,….. you will always be aware of the state that you achieve, and this is always going to be a completely natural state that will help you to make the changes that you have come to achieve here today.
Start by concentrating on your breathing, take a deep breath and relax, concentrate on my voice…. The outside noises will start to become irrelevant… as you use the powerful ability of your mind to concentrate on your breathing…. And my voice…. Listen to my voice as this will be helping you to achieve the beneficial state for accomplishing your goals….. you will soon start to notice that each breath in takes the same time as each breath out…… ( Repeat)
The next task is to relax your body. Your muscles from top to bottom and we will just concentrate on this now…. Still concentrating on your breathing and on my voice….
Starting at your head let those muscles in your scalp relax… I am sure that you will be able at this point to imagine seeing yourself relaxing in a chair…. feeling your head get heavier and heavier and feeling more and more relaxed… concentrate on my voice and relax… now start to imagine the rest of your body relaxing…the changes in order to easily achieve the changes you have come here with today that….
Let muscle in your neck relax now… always in control… by now you will have understood the idea of what you are doing as you concentrate on your deepening breathing…..I will say to you the muscles of your body and the parts of your body and because your are now in contact with you powerful subconscious you will feel your body relax and completely as we go…. At all times you will be in control…. Aware and on the way to achieving the changes that you have come here to achieve and the reasons of why you are here today…. From your neck it will now feel relaxed.. visualise
