Automated Enrolment System

Introduction
Nowadays innovation was the primarily needs of man, that is, innovation in Information Technology that is currently getting broad and wide, the different application of technology and other matters. With this change, human tend to look for any gadget of high technology innovation such as computer, where it can be used to provide people accurate information about the things around the environment which bring comfort and satisfaction. The Iloilo State College of Fisheries Barotac Nuevo Campus Automated Enrolment System has been made to ease the institution in monitoring and producing the documents required for enrolment. The development of this Automated System gave the authors a great deal of job responsibilities. The systems application has promising result for the institution to maintain the information being gathered and stored in the whole system. The stored information can be used in generating needed reports and files by the Iloilo State College of Fisheries Barotac Nuevo Campus.
Background of the Study In past few years the Iloilo State College of Fisheries Barotac Nuevo Campus relies only on a manual Enrolment System which in return it was uneasy, inaccurate and unreliable to the sake of the students and personnel involved. The lack of latest technology innovations specifically computers was one of the big reason why the proposed system was still on vision. Financial aspects is also a main concern why the institution still depend on a manual form of Enrolment System which has a great impact to a student and faculty in return specifically in Enrolment System. As what we have experienced and based on the observation we conducted during Enrolment Period, it is highly noticeable that when Enrolment was conducted it takes hours in process to be finished because of many entities involved. It takes time to be officially enrolled, such that the routes slip content was more in of signing process.
