Movie Review: “The Avengers” In the New York Daily News, the movie review for “The Avengers”, Joe Neumaier states “If super hero movies now shoulder the responsibility of being our era’s moral parables, then “The Avengers” is a rocket powered boost to the tops of mounts Olympus, Rushmore and Sinai.” It was inspiring see twelve-year old boy with there fathers deciding what super hero they wanted to be before during or after the movie, Joe said. He then goes on saying how they did a very good job intertwining all the little details from the story lines of Thor, Captain America, and Iron Man. His statement about how we would not have cared about them collectively if we didn’t know them individually is so true! Neumaier finished up his article saying, “They anchor a superb group effort. Most impressive of all, “The Avengers” makes superhero movies new again — a colossal task indeed.” Although The Avengers considered a Super Hero movie, I also like comedy and horror movies. Marvel The Avengers is my number one favorite superhero movie. I love how all the major superheroes are together in one film, such as, Thor, Ironman, Captain America, Hulk, Hawkeye, and Black Widow. Like the Avengers, there are many other superhero movies. Examples are Superman, Spiderman, and Wolverine. A superhero movie consists of a hero who possesses extraordinary, often magical powers. Most superhero movies are based on comic books. A superhero movie is a movie that is focused on the actions of one or more superheroes. These individuals, who usually have superhuman abilities unlike a normal person, and are dedicated to protecting the public. Theses movies typically feature action, fantasy and science fiction elements. The first film of every superhero movie often focuses on the origin of the powers that the superhero has. Last, a superhero movie includes a fight between the superhero and the super villain or archenemy. Another type of movie I like is Comedy movies. I like comedies
