Once a tied game is now taking end with a win and a celebration on the sidelines by the coaches. The coaches knew what was best for the team and guided them in the right direction. This moment of happiness is one of the most rewarding moments during a coaching career. While winning is dependent upon the effort put in by the team, the coaches’ ability has a huge influence on the outcome.
