1.1 BACKGROUND
Engineering is the discipline, art and profession of acquiring and applying technical, scientific, and mathematical knowledge to design and implement materials, structures, machines, devices, systems, and processes that safely realize a desired objective or invention. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Engineering, Line 1-3)
Engineering, as we all known are one of many important factors in becoming an advanced country. In engineering lays variety of expertise such as aerospace, chemical, electrical, electronic, mechanical and civil. From this entire main field, the world now has extensions of engineering such as material, software, computer, nanotechnology, microwave, multimedia, molecular, optical, mechatronic and telecommunication.
From public point of view from anywhere in the world, engineering, whether the course, field or subject, had been considered as the toughest thing to be learned unless that person is a hard working, have lot of interest for it or genuinely want to contribute to the mankind. So to make a better understanding about engineering, a lot of methods of studying been introduced in different levels of learning institutes.
Lectures, laboratories, assignments, projects or mini-projects and even examinations are common learning methods practiced everywhere in order to make better understanding about engineering.

1.2 PURPOSE
Though different learning systems been introduced, students, majority of them still could not pull through either in learning engineering subjects or even finish engineering courses in their respective learning institutes contributing to few number of available engineers here in our country.
The objective of this research is because we want to find out best study mode/modes that are beneficial for students in the future and also because to find out what students lack of when it comes to learning engineering subjects. For this, our main participants are focused on Multimedia University

Students of engineering departments in Bilkent University need to study hard for their exams in order to get satisfactory grades from their departmental courses. To accomplish that, they need to solve either sample problems from their course books or questions from the exams of previous years. A preliminary survey conducted among the engineering students of Bilkent shows that the main preference of these students to get prepared for their exams is to go over the past exam questions, not to solve sample exercises from their course books, with a rate of 81.4% [1]. Although the demand for the exam questions of the past is this much high, engineering students often face difficulties in finding them. They complain that they are not provided with sufficiently many sample exams of the past by their instructors. Figure 1 below shows the severity of the problem.…

Engineering is known as the method and ideology in where people can breakdown and determine how systems function together and create methods mechanism of some kind. Engineering can be broken down into different types depending on the type of system that is being focused on. For example, if the system is made of up of thread or some type of cloth, then that type of engineering would be considered into the Textile Engineering subject or there was a system that focused on machines and their functions, then that type of engineering would be considered into the Mechanical Engineering subject. Engineering is dependent on the mechanism or materials used to make a system and Sachin Thorat developed a website, http://www.mechengg.net, that allows people/engineers…

Everyone has the ability to become an engineering student, whether decent or horrendous the type of student each individual becomes depends on the effort and attitude they demonstrate towards their academics. Their attitude should also be reflected on the work they do outside of classes such as the organization they are a part of or the job the student has. The common misconception of becoming a world class engineering student is that it only involves academics which is wrong, since having good grades is not the only reason why a company will hire a student. It involves much more than that, however it’s not difficult to become a world class engineering student if students are well rounded in all aspects of their life such as their social life,…
