Bilbo lives in the shire, in a very comfortable hole in the ground. Bilbo loves his routine and does not like change, he loves to keep everything in order and loves his comfort, Bilbo also hates adventures, “We don’t want any adventures here, thank you”. Bilbo was sent by the dwarves to investigate a strange fire in the forest, quietly. When he reached the fire, he saw it was three very large persons sitting around a very large fire of beech-logs, they were trolls. At this point Bilbo had the chance to have gone back quietly and warned his friends about the trolls but he felt the need to do a bit of good quick burgling to impress the dwarves. “He wished himself a hundred miles away-yet somehow he could not go straight back to Thorin and Company emptyhanded.” But not all ended well for poor Mr. Baggins’ as it took Gandalf to save Bilbo and the dwarves from the
