Bisphenol-A is a compound found in plastic the is very harmful for human consumption yet we still use plastic bottles that have this compound in it to consume our water. Thirty-eight internationally recognized scientists said "We are extremely concerned about the impact of this (Bisphenol-A) on human health." There have been hundreds of studies done testing Bisphenol-A that all show that it causes cancer and impacts the male reproductive system. This is where the film used ethos to convince the viewers that what these companies are doing is hurting human health when we consume their product. Then they also used logos when they showed an interview they had with a representative from the FDA, who approves the use of bottled water, and they had to stop the interview because they would not answer any questions about the studies done about the harmful effects of Bisphenol-A. The FDA only has one person in charge of bottled water in the U.S. and the FDA has only accepted studies from the bottled water companies. They have not looked at the evidence of any independent studies that have been done. After we consume the harmful chemicals that have leaked into our water and we are finished with the bottle we simply throw it away and they all go into
