Black Belt means loyalty, honor, leadership, helping people in need, and respect. You need all of these characteristics to become a true Black Belt. You need loyalty because you should not betray your friends or family. You need honor in your life, with honor you never push someone down that is already down on themselves . You need to help other people in need like your siblings, family, and friends. You can help your parents by doing chores around the house you can help your siblings and friends with homework. You need to be a great leader to lead the way for others. You would never lead your team to fail you would want them to succeed. You need to have respect
for your parents and elders. This is what it takes for you to truly earn your Black Belt and to be an all around good citizen and good person.
Toma has given me all the tools I need to become who I am now they have given me the tools I would need to defend myself and how to be a leader. Toma gave me the confidence to lead in front of others. They taught me this by having me assist classes. By doing this it gave me the confidence teach class more often and give speeches in front of others. Toma has made me physically strong by having me do push ups, sit ups, horse stances and butterfly. These stretches help me strengthen my legs and arms. Thanks to Elite Toma I have the tools to defend myself.
