ABSTRACT
Bill Faye shares begin the book with his personal testimony, what is of his successes, arrogance, and audacious lifestyles, owner of a brothel with close ties to the mob. Sharing his personal testimony it thinks contributed to the effectiveness of the book. He puts his reading audience at ease by describes his opposition and harsh resistance to Christ and the church when attempts were made by many to reach him. Using Romans 10:17, He states we must understand that faith comes by hearing the Word of God. And he challenged his readers to follow Jesus’ example by using the scripture in our conversation with the lost. He strongly urged us listen to those we witness to as for their responses, and to allow our response to their concerns be governed by the Holy Spirit. "The Bible says a man without the Spirit does not understand the things of the Spirit," he writes. 42
He offers his readers practical responses and scriptures commonly held objections. We are not to lean to our own understanding with dealing with these objections; it is only through the sharing of the Word of God and the working of the Holy Spirit that hearts are open to salvation.
