2. Step 2: Viettel App server receive information send client’s information including ISDN, Startdate, Enddate to AT&T
3. Step 3 and 4:
1. AT&T check registration history of client:
- Case 1: New registration  AT&T activate the service for customer from Startdate1 and cancel the service in the end of Enddate1 (Startdate1  Enddate1 ≤ 30 days)  AT&T save information to AT&T Registration Log and note charging case  ATT first charge.
- Case 2: ISDN register again within 30 days after the first registration (Startdate2 ≤ Reconciliation Enddate**)  ATT Activate service for ISDN with new information including Startdate2

3. On 2017-02-24 clident request again to use the service for 30 days  They could use the service from 2017-02-24 to 2017-03-25 (Enddate> Reconciliation Enddate) Charging case  Reconciliation Enddate now turn to 2017-03-25
