- Case 1: New registration AT&T activate the service for customer from Startdate1 and cancel the service in the end of Enddate1 (Startdate1 Enddate1 ≤ 30 days) AT&T save information to AT&T Registration Log and note charging case ATT first charge.
- Case 2: ISDN register again within 30 days after the first registration (Startdate2 ≤ Reconciliation Enddate**) ATT Activate service for ISDN with new information including Startdate2 …show more content…
&Enddate2: o Case 2.1: If Enddate2 > Reconciliation Enddate AT&T reactivate service for client in Startdate2 and cancel service in the end of Enddate2 AT&T save information to AT&T Registration Log and note charging case ATT second charge. o Case 2.2: If Enddate2 ≤ Reconciliation Enddate AT&T reactivate service for client in Startdate2 and cancel service in the end of Enddate2 AT&T save information to AT&T Registration Log and note no-charging case ATT don't charge in this case.
4. Step 5:
- Reconciliation of the 2 Registration Log lists,
- Filter out cases 1 and 2 to put on monthly invoice
5. Step 6: AT&T send monthly invoice including a list of registration Case 1 and Case 2.1 to Viettel.
Note:
- (*)Duration from Startdate to Enddate is not more than 30 days
- (**)Reconciliation Enddate = Startdate1 +29 days
- Viettel also save registration log after each successful registration
- Regulations on data gathering for reconciliation: Two parties comparing records including Case 1 and Case 2.1 each month.
- Viettel will be charged for the total number of registration in Case 1 and Case 2.1 each month.
