I was just wondering if you can help me with this please, Henriatta and I try to request access and open the ticket but email below said we have to contact L1 support or IT. I email IT and got and blank email back which I don’t know what it is. I don’t see any update on soffront ticket, so we really don’t know what to do next. Sorry I not quite familiar with this, please help.
