In the proposal, a person who bullied anyone and that person happens to commit suicide he or she will be jailed for a minimum of 25 years. Another proposal, is that every school in the United States is required to take two hours every other week to learn about how bullying isn't a good thing and how it takes lives. Also they must make mention of the law and the consequences. If they were to do that, one would grantee the rate of bullying to decrease and most importantly the rate of suicide would decrease. People might say that bullies are not always the bad guys and they could be the victims themselves. In some scenarios that could be true, but once they have been reminded constantly of the harsh punish and how it is unmoral and unethical to bully someone they will stop. Once they realize that one of the main factors of this country being great is all the different types of people. Bullying is an evil act done by some confused but mainly people who are insecure with in themselves. Bullying takes more lives than it should. The laws in place now are too weak because lives are still being taken away. Harder punishments are require for the sake of innocent lives.
