Executive Summary
This report reviews the main cause of labour turnover in Yellow Pages, the leading publishing company in Kazakhstan. It will put light on the whole organization specifically the Human Resource Management and staff satisfaction. In the end, this paper will suggest motivation theories and plans that the organization may adapt in order to sustain its staff and allow greater efficiency.
The data gathered in this piece of work is mostly first hand, through direct meetings and communication with the members of staff and the owner of this company. Also this paper tries to analyse the main cause of labour turnover through surveys to the employees.
The three motivation theories suggested in this work are: Maslow’s hierarchy of needs;
