Three legislations that are relevant can include:
1- Work health and safety.
Work health and safety is a framework to prevent health, safety and welfare of all workers. It also protects health and safety of other people affected by the workplace and the general public. Work health and safety involves incidents notification, consolation with workers, issue resolution, inspector powers and functions and offence’s and penalties.
2- Codes of practice.
Codes of practice provides a guidance for people who have a work health and safety duties. These apply to anyone who has a duty …show more content…
a person who can give consent on someone’s behalf can include a family member, advocate or power of attorney. They must maintain personal relationship with the client and have the best interest in the health and wellbeing of the client. A legal guardian can also give consent on the client’s behalf.

Procedures are detailed instructions about how polices should be used. Procedures may be mandatory (must always be followed) or discretionary (to be followed if required). Four procedures you need to understand may include:
1- First aid.
First aid is the initial attention to a injured or ill person. First aid procedures you must understand in case you come into a situation where it needs to be provided.
2- Emergency procedures.
Emergency procedure are a plan of actions that must be followed and conducted in a certain way in response to a emergency.
3- Grievance procedure.
Grievance procedures is a step by step process a employee, supplier, client etc. can use when a dispute, problem or complaint has happened. The grievance procedure helps to settle and resolve what has
