Dear Mr.Cumino

The possible startegies to resolve comapny’s problems are given below:
1) Repositioning the product- Total change of product and company picture which would be appropriate to the today’s market, it would make product more exciting and eye-catching, than old Caferomas image.
2) Price reduction- Caferoma should reduce the pricing which would be more matching to other competitors of the market.
3) Develop a new advertising campaign to re-launch the product. It would attract lot of good reviews and increase the number of new customers.
4) Make of multiple brands- selling of lower priced Caferoma products with different brand names would give customers the choice of trying different tastes and products.
5) Own brands label products- allows to sell Caferoma’s products under supermarkets brands- again it would help to increase number of customers and sales.
6) Launching a new instant coffee or decaffeinated coffee under Caferoma’s brand would open more options to wide market segment.
7) Streching the brand- It is a really good way to advertise in many places which would attract new customers.
8) Customer survey- will help find out customer needs.
Making new, exotic coffee brands and new tastes under different brand names can “push” Caferoma’s picture in the market. Change of old advertising and marketing technique to more modern is necessary. People are keen on something new and fresh, so new product should be a winner in the market. Sample sharing would also be a big plus, it would increase number of new customers and also buying potential.
The Caferoma logo should be redesigned to attract more groups of customers, new advertising campaign will help customers to reach the product and lower pricing will help to prosper even in strong competiton.
It is also very important to understand customer needs, so consumer survey would be helpful way to get ideas from customers what kind of new products, packages they would like to see from us.

    If you are working hard and putting in time and overtime away from your number one responsibility (which to me is family) and are not getting noticed, then you only have two decisions from my point of view. You can either A) continue to work hard and hope that it is recognized or you can B) Look for another job. Slacking off can guarantee you fired or negative attention. If you get the negative it is too late to show the positive so you are not going to get promoted anyway. Rolling your eyes and treating your co workers differently is not going to help you in any way get noticed by the boss. That is going to start talk with your co workers that is also going to result negatively and they are going to hate you. You want to work in a place that you feel good and can make a positive influence. With that being said, you can continue to work this job if you like it and you are alright with the pay that you are receiving. Maybe one day the boss will notice and maybe they won’t, but either way you are doing something you like and you are doing it to your best ability. That is what you should be happy about! If you don’t like the job and just took it in hopes to advance, it is time to look for another one or give your boss an updated resume with the position that you are hoping to acquire. Maybe that will give them the extra push they need to recognize your determination and skills and commitment to their company. Either way, you have to make the decision. I think that in my current job, I took it knowing what the position consisted of. I know that all companies have room for advancement, but I took this position.
