Dr. Esselsty “Prevent and Reverse Heart Disease” reported that his patients lost their craving for meat and fat. While he was in the Philippines, he discovered that the more affluent families had children with more incidences of liver cancer because the children in the family eat more meat in their animal product. Dr. Campbell and Esselsty both of them were raised in a beef farm type of community and environment.
