For example in ponco speedway in pennsylvania dale earnhardt hit a seagull when he was racing there.There last item when racing is to make sure there are no mechanical issues when they are in a race because if there are they would half to give the yellow flag and slow the cars down.And if it is a major problem where there is oil and fluids on the track they will give the red flag which means to stop as soon as you see it and they will stop the race and clean the track. Then they will get the car and all the debris off the track before they will allow the cars to start driving and racing
