Strengths:
Caitlin did a great job positively moving the call forward by reaching out to BPOC. We did well explaining details. We did a great job having a conversation with the client. We started and concluded the call strong.

Opportunity:
We have an opportunity with active listening. The client provided their name at the beginning of be call and we asked them to repeat it at the end.
