Client Name: Kyrie Benwell

EV Staff showed up with Troy and Kyrie was outside her apartment building. Kyrie said that her body was swollen from the heat and she needed so be in cold air. Kyrie let EV Staff know she did not get a lot of cleaning done in her apartment due to her body swelling up from the heat. EV Staff stated they would take a look at the apartment when we all went upstairs. Kyrie stated she wanted to sit outside a little while longer. After a half hour EV Staff suggested that we go up stairs, so we can go over the routine together and ensure that Kyrie is following the routine with her son.

Once upstairs EV Staff observed that Kyrie in fact did not do any cleaning since the last visit. EV Staff went over the importance of keeping her house at a manageable cleanliness level, so she does not become overwhelmed. Kyrie stated that her hand is still hurting and she can not do a lot with only one hand. EV Staff brought out the finalized routine and went over the day with Kyrie and Troy. Kyrie was able to stick to everything on the routine and did not appear to seem overwhelmed by sticking to the routine. Kyrie praised Kyrie for utilizing the routine. EV Staff asked Kyrie to stick to the routine and that EV Staff would check in with her regarding her consistency with sticking to the routine during the next visit. EV Staff reminded Kyrie about how much Troy enjoys knowing what his days looks like, so it is a good idea to remind him throughout the day. EV Staff continued with if Kyrie sticks to the routine Troy will eventually know everything that is expected of him and when Troy is visiting things will run a lot smoother because her son will know what to expect. Kyrie agreed with EV Staff and stated that she will stick to the routine and have Troy help her with some house work during their time
