The interview lasted one and one half hours and the information was recorded and written down for the purpose of recording detailed information about the interviewee. I strongly believe and support that interviewing the teachers will give teachers a deeper insight of the teaching practices of an experienced teacher. The authors could have applied a questionnaire method with an open-ended and closed questions to gain more in–depth information from the questions designed by the researcher as the research study intend to qualitative data. The questionnaires which are planned by the researchers would also give space for the participants to give their views appropriately based on the questions. However, the authors have clearly explained the purpose of the research is to ensure the confidentiality of the participants to feel secured and answer truthfully. The information were gathered and transcribed for Ms Tiffany to review the information to gain her approval based on the trustworthiness of the teachers’ perception. The ESL teachers would also regularly visit her classroom to test the diverse population of a small group with the reading strategies to test students on their level of English. Tiffany explained that the ELLs teachers used a lot of language activities on vocabulary building with ELL students and the importance of social interaction with these students for language development.
