Keeping in view the importance of recruitment and selection process for an organization, I have chosen this as the topic of my research work. Or in other words we can say that secondary data is the data used previously for the analysis and the results are undertaken for the next process. SAMPLE DESIGN Sampling is a process of obtaining the information about the entire population by examining a part of it .The effectiveness of the research depends on the sample size selected for the survey purpose. For this study a sample of 100 persons will be chosen. SAMPLING PLAN Data collected will be analyzed and interpreted by using simple percentage method and finally the data will be presented in graphs and charts. SAMPLE SITE The survey will be conducted in Jaipur city. SAMPLE SIZE For the purpose of proper survey, there is need of perfect research instruments to find out sample size for more accurate result.
