DAY 1: WEDNESDAY NOVEMBER 15, 1951 I woke up feeling kind of queezy because of everything I had to drink last night. It all just seemed like this rapid dream but it was actually reality. I had woken up early a little to early it was 7 A.M. and I was ready to take on the world but before I can do that I had to go visit Mr. Spencer. He's been sick for the past couple of days and I wanted to make sure this guy was alright he's a pretty old guy and I need to make sure no funny buissness is going on. After I was done at Mr. Spencer's house I got on the next train to the city it was a cold cloudy wednesday afternoon it was almost to the point where it seemed like it wanted to snow, I was praying to god that it wouldnt snow because I don't have my warm mits I hadn't seen them sincewhen I was at Pency. I got to this nice little diner around the corner of hoover and 5th Ave. it was practically empty except for this guy sitting at the counter and this blonde girl sitting in a booth all alone. I sat in the booth across from her sitting in the opposite bunk I tried not to stare at her but I couldnt help myself. She wasnt like these other girls that are walking around half naked in this cold weather she looked like this smart girl because she was reading a book I've never heard of "Gone With the Wind" it was a thick book thicker than my black greasy hair.
