Teenagers can also have anger issues or stress while defending themselves about video games or just about the game themselves. The second piece of evidence has to do with their brain. Scientists say that video game addiction causes their brain to change and stress. This can even lead to memory loss or even brain damage. Psychologist Gregory West and his team did an experiment on gamers and regular people. His team made a maze with clues and experiments to escape. Both groups escaped the maze, while they used different strategies. The normal adult group actually used the clues to escape. On the other hand, the gamers just took turns and predicted where they were going to escape. While each game has a different effect, every game still causes some type of effect on the brain.
