Introduction
The entrepreneur that I have chosen to base my project on isn Chad Hurley. Chad Hurley is an American internet entrepreneur who is co-founder and former CEO of YouTube, an American video sharing website created in February 2005.
The reason why I have chosen Chad Hurley to base my project on is because the website he created in 2005 has since registered a phenomenal growth in popularity and is used by millions of people all over the world.

YouTube is the third most popular website as of 2017 but is the most popular video website on the web. It works through the use of individual channels similar to having a television set on your computer, and it racks up millions upon millions of views per day. The total number of people who

It was while working for a division of ebay that he met his future partners, Steve Chen and Jawed Karim. In fact, initially, Hurley designed the PayPal logo that was adopted by PayPal after reading a Wired article about the online payment company of which he followed up with an email to the startup enquiring whether there were any available jobs. During his job interview with PayPal they adopted the logo and gave Hurley the job. Hurley became the official designer for the company, not to mention Chen and Karim’s friend and colleague.
The three friends worked for PayPal until it was acquired by ebay in 2002. While Steve Chen and Jawed Karim continued working for PayPal for two more years to launch the online money sending and receiving site in China, Hurley left the company heading to Silicon Valley in order to become a consultant.

Business Journey and Career Highlights
In January 2005, Steve Chen hosted a dinner party at his home in San Francisco, Chad Hurley and Jawed Karim were among the guests invited. Chen, Karim and Hurley were recording videos on their camcorders of the dinner party and were having trouble emailing their videos to one another, the videos always got rejected due to the different file sizes, video and player formats that people had on their devices that required different

Hurley and Chen, along with Karim wanted to simplify this process and make is as easy as possible to share videos online. The three men put their heads together with the main goal of being able to easily share videos online and with one another. They began having meeting in Hurley’s garage in Menlo Park to discuss their ideas and draw them up.
They saw an opportunity to use their skills and experience that they acquired from PayPal of being able to see the power of simplifying a process and giving everyone a solution to help them in the video space.

Initially, they started developing the site in February 2005, and by May the initial version of the site was up and running. At first, it was personal clips that they were using with their friends, including the first ever YouTube video ever uploaded which was a nineteen second description of elephants at the San Diego zoo, and then the viral nature of what they created, the easy to use features, the ways that people could grab links and embed these videos directly into their blogs and websites, it spread rapidly as more and more people began to see the benefit of using YouTube.

The site took off, and mini movies starring family pets poured in along with stunt videos, some successful and some not, streamed to the

This is a money transfer Web site founded in 1998 for what is known as C2C (consumer-to-consumer) transactions. It enables anyone with an email address to send money safely and securely to anyone else in the world who has an email address. These transactions might be as simple as paying a neighbor’s kid to rake your leaves, or it might be something more substantial, such as collecting payment from the buyer when you sell your car. PayPal can just as easily be used for transferring money for services or goods. To use this service, simply open a PayPal account and then transfer money into it through a bank wire or a credit card transaction. Now you are ready to give the money to anyone with a PayPal account. Essentially this payment method allows anyone with an email address to accept credit card payments (Friedman, 2007, p. 86). PayPal is also important because it enabled the rise of another e-commerce giant known as…

Our first video was published years later. The film follows a group of young teenager males, tracking their workout and dietary habits. After a period of time, the two who don’t take fitness and nutrition seriously, end up pretty chubby, on the couch, drinking soda (Productions). Was it a good video? No, but it was very fun to make, and was a way for us to bond without launching rock-filled dirt clods at each other. As we made more videos, the quality of our videos increased. The reader-response appeal to literature relies on the reader’s ability to process the information being shared rather than the author or the text itself. With the reader-response, a person reads text and then relates to automatic explanations about life that are triggered moment by moment as they continue to read. The literature uses triggers that the reader’s nervous system spontaneously responds to. This type of approach to reading allows people to imagine and be creative within them. It allows the reader to hear, feel and smell what they are reading as if it were happening right now in front of them.…

Europe remained in peace for the whole century after Napoleonic invasion in 1814 mainly due to balance of power and principle of intervention, proposed by Metternich during a congress in Vienna 1815. By the end of 19th century however, high pressure and drive for conflicts were accumulated around major European powers, mainly due to sense of nationalism and universally appealing theory of Social Darwinism. On July 28, the First World War begins after assassination of Franz Ferdinand, the Austrian minister, from the browning pistol. Generally speaking, weapon initiated the war.
