Chapter Summary: The Giver
The giver Jonas is a ordinaire kid in a utopia world. As a kid he was different not wanting to say anything because different is bad he let it pass. As he got older he started to realize things that no other human was. Color as he watched it go and then leave he then realized he was different. The ceremony of 12 was coming up for Jonas the ceremony of 12 is the change in adulthood. As the newborns were brought into their families it went to the ceremony of release to elsewhere. As it got closer he was ready, but he was number 52 as soon as one came it went waiting it felt like a whole life and when he heard number 51 he was ready but as she went she left with …show more content…
Are you ready for what am about to show you.let's start with a nice memory. It starts off on a hill a snow covered hill will a sled under Jonas. As he grabbed the rope he started to move as he was going down the hill.as quick as he started it ended just like that. As he got to where he was he was shocked on what all that was but somehow he remembers what it all was the snow the sled the hill all of it. As the days past he started to begin the day with a nice memory but as he got farther into his training he realized what the pain was. He had be given the memory of war and pain. As he remember laing it as a kid not knowing it was really he started to think about all that has happened. As jonas got more memories the giver lost them. Jonas family unit got gabriel just for a couple of days jonas dad said just so he can catch up. As the days past they put him in jonas room he had the same mark on his arm as jonas did gabriel was going to be the next receiver of memory. To calm down Gabriel every night Jonas would give him great memories but as he past them they went. Jonas was done he wanted everyone to see and feel what he did what gabriel and the giver did. As he heard that there were twin one would have to be released as Jonas asked to watch the ceremony of release he watched his dad kill the baby but he did not know what he was doing he could not feel the

    The Giver is about an eleven-year-old boy named Jonas is a light-eyed boy who lives in a Utopian society. Within his society, there is no suffering, no hunger, no war, no color, and no love.
