employees through giving honors. Honors such as a $100 gift cards for staff members who score a 100 on their mystery guest quiz. Another example is their “Above and Beyond Pins” which are awarded for going above and beyond for guests or team members. The biggest honor is the “Commitment to Excellence Award” which is awarded to staff members consistently demonstrating absolute guest satisfaction. These honors remind the employees that they are doing a good job and if they keep it up they can be rewarded again.
