First of all, the target market are customers, mainly families, who want quick high quality food. Chick-fil-A also emphasizes on the 4Ps; Product, Price, Place, Promotion with the addition of Purpose and People. When it comes to product, Chick-fil-A serves their food with the freshest ingredients and is cooked daily or every few minutes in specific. Chick-fil-A stands out because it is one of the few prominent large businesses that is closed on Sundays. Firstly, it benefits the workers because they get at least one day of the week off and that shows how much they value their employees. Secondly, customers with the same Christian beliefs have more respect on the business because they keep their Sabbath Day holy to honor God which helps in retaining loyal customers. Lastly, it decreases the possibility of customers getting sick of the food. Since it is closed on Sundays, customers are more eager to have Chick-fil-A the next day it opens. Customers will not have the mentality that it is opened everyday so they can go whenever they want which sometimes turns out otherwise, they do not go at
