Throughout history, Christians have been changing the world because of their devotion to serving Jesus. The work they do for the Lord always results in someone’s life undergoing a transformation, which sparks other people’s attention and starts a chain reaction of giving in other culture. Now, when it comes to being a part of the Christian subculture, several terms are often associated with the group. However, Believers, Sheep, and Saints are the three terms I will be discussing. Sheep is what Jesus calls us as we go through our lengthy walk with Him through life. In the bible, Jesus had a revelation after seeing his children desperately seeking out his presence. He told His disciple that we were all sheep who needed Him as our Shepard. 2000 years later, Christians use the word sheep to explain that we are servants for Jesus in this world and not masters of our own destiny. The last word used in the subculture is Saints. According to a Peter Kreeft, “in a biblical sense of the word, all believers are saints” (What is a Saint?).
