Part 1: Introduction

1.1: Background of the study
Mobile phone has become an indispensable part of Bangladesh's everyday-life and has made a "safe haven" in one of our pockets much like our wallet that we never want to leave at home while we head for our work! Thanks to the telecom-revolution and its relentless evolution that together have made it possible even in developing countries like Bangladesh.
Being a BBA student, having knowledge of HRM practice in the organization is a good thing. Which will encourage studying the human resource management. This is good for the students that organizations are taking the HR practice seriously and having HR specialist. 1.2: Objectives of the study
The objective of the study is to make a clear sense how the firms are operating their HRM Practice Within the organization. Major objective:
The broad objective of the study is to make an analysis on the Human Resource Management Practice In Citicell & Airtel.
Specific objective:
To have an understanding of cellular industry in Bangladesh.
To identify the level of Practice of HRM.
To find out the development scope of the companies regarding HRM practice.
To represent a guide line for the future course of action of Citicell and Airtel in using the HRM.

1.3: Methodology
The study requires a systematic procedure from selection of the topic to preparation of the final report. To do a study and make a report on it there are two types of methods, -qualitative and quantitative. In this study we have adopted both of these two as the study has taken not only the quantitative overview but also taken the quantitative information in order to make the report clear to the eye of reader so that it may easy to take any type of decision or steps after analyzing the report.
For this study, we have collected primary data from field. Each of our five group members has surveyed 10 mobile users and filled up the questionnaire provided by our course teacher. We have done
