ORGANIZING A COMPANY OFFSITE TWO DAY TRAINING SESSION
TRAINING OBJECTIVES: The objective to this training session is to plan and facilitate an off-site two day training session for all trainers to help to train potential new employees for our company. To facilitate this training session with the different training personnel that are being brought in from different parts of the country to help with this training. The training for this session is from July 25th and 26th. Each day will consist of 4-6 hour training. An accommodation for this session is in a designated room designed for specific training needed for all participants involved in the training. There will be hotel reservations made also to accommodate for the overnight stay for this training session. To have in place reading materials, computer training, video training available for this training. Objectives are the basis for determining a training strategy Training thru computerized training programs, video, and reading materials Objectives help to determine the necessary outputs and contents of the training To plan the training to have a good outcome by the end of the training session. Objectives provide a direction for all training activities Oversee all training with some other training personnel to help train to be more knowledgeable to train others for a designated job they are hired to do. Objectives help give a structure to the training Objectives help trainers and participants to stick to their common goal Common goal is to learn how to better train potential employees coming into this organization.
