Executive Summary
This report was created for the sole purpose of further understanding the Coca-Cola Company business management. The report contains a brief introduction of the Coca-Cola Company and a detailed view of the company management. It outlines how this public listed company plan, organize, lead and control their work force into achieving the company’s goals. Having a clear idea of the vision and mission statement of the company is vital into achieving the goal of the company. It is a map as to how the stakeholders involve in the company are to perform in order for the company to run smoothly. Strong managerial skills along with proper motivational skills will ensure that the stakeholders are working efficiently towards the company’s main goal. It also highlights how stakeholders affect the company whether it is an internal or external stakeholder. The main objective of this report is to analyze and study how good business managerial skills will affect a company such as the Coca-Cola Company which is globally renowned.
Introduction to Coca-Cola
The Coca-Cola Company is the world’s leading non-alcoholic soft drink manufacturer, marketer and distributors. The company is best known for their beverage products which comprises of bottled and canned soft drinks as well as syrups concentrates and sports drinks. It is a globally recognized company that was founded in May 1886 by Asa Candler which is now operating in over 200 countries and producing nearly 400 brands. Coca-Cola has successfully applied their formula of “Provide a moment of refreshment for a small amount of money a billion times a day” on a global scale for more than a century. Since 1889, the company operates a franchised distribution system which only produces syrup concentrate. These products are later sold to various bottlers

Coca cola’s main products are; Coke, Fanta, Krest, Minute Maid, Schweppes, PowerAde, Sprite, Stoney and Dasani. These are some of the products offered by Coca cola aimed at different markets geographically and different segments of the market. Sparkling drinks accounted for 68% of Coca-Cola sales in 2011 while still and water beverages accounted for 28% of the sales volumes. The company has over 30 water brands aimed at generating value through the on the go immediate consumption occasion.
