The Collegiate Leadership Institute (CLI) highly interactive sessions will give me the opportunity to meet professional leaders, thereby gaining mentors and role models for optimal career development. The mentors and role models will be able to guide me through the process of seeking employment and eventually becoming a leader in my field. The insight they provide,will give me the tools to develop a solid plan on how to tackle the challenges I might face in the future as a leader. Their experience would be indispensable and would give me personal insight so as not to make the same mistakes they made. Their friendship would be invaluable as they would be a more reliable source of support and their achievements will inspire me to look at the
