I represent a group of local mothers who want parents, students and institutions to be aware of enhancing academic performance in today’s universities and high schools nationwide. Our overall goals for participation is to attend community and educational board meetings to discuss and educate the need to take this issue seriously. Furthermore, we will ask local middle and high school faculties to allow us to take some time away from their lecture to inform these young students about the consequences of abusing medicated drug prescription.

We will have one specialty leadership that will be setting up and scheduling these speeches with schools and the group meeting. Also, we will set up two to three persons who will make the decision to attend which community areas and school board meeting to go to. They will make sure to investigate and prepare evidence from our own and national research to address this academic problem in their areas, to bring forth to these meetings. Once this communicates has formally comprehended our concerns, we will ask them to join us in adding this issue to the same educational misconduct policy in every educational institution in the state and perhaps nationwide.
Feasibility
As for the political feasibility of our quest, I believe approaching many political figures, such as city Mayors, Governor, state and local enforcement, educational board chairs would be commit to be involve in contributing to awareness and future policy. Our financial feasibility, I will contact educational charity for any contribution they may spare and hold a fundraiser awareness to aid in helping to promote this mission. My group will measure our success on how knowledgeable and acceptation to face this social issue in communities, parents, students and educational institutions.

I understand as a parent of two future college students, I can conclude how much we all want our students to have the best academic performance, but overlooking the abuse of smart drugs as an alternative for enhancing exam scores or higher GPA should not be one of the methods of choice. These easy to obtain, contribution and sale smart drugs are not just an individual student issue or only an epidemic educational concern, the risks and consequence can affect students’ lives beyond their academic quest or student life. Aside from another form of suicide, it can endanger others’ lives, effect friends and family relationships, or lead to further abuse of medication as an adult.
