The Marable Subdivision Neighborhood Watch Association is a community organization that consists of individuals with common goals. The Marable Subdivision Neighborhood Watch Association includes residents of Marable Subdivion, the mayor, the commissioner, law enforcers and property owners.
The purpose of the organization is to advocate for and protect the community. This association organizes activities within a neighborhood. Being a group member, residents can participate in community activities and bond with their neighbors, as well as protect the neighborhood. Residents will have the comfort of knowing what is happening in the neighborhood and have the security of knowing they can rely on people for help.
One goal of the group participants is to

The facilitator is a retired school teacher. She serves as the president of the Marable Subdivision Neighborhood Watch Association. There was a police officer present, who spoke of the crimes in the city as a whole. He encouraged members to practice living safe, which includes locking your doors and purchasing an alarm system.
The facilitator showed great leadership techniques and style. She allowed the police officer and other city officials to speak to the group. She was very interactive with the guest, as well as the group members. She asked several questions about problems in the community and allowed residents to share their concerns. The facilitator allowed each member to share their feelings and experiences regarding living in the community.
The stage of group development that can be analyzed from observation is the Performing Stage. At the Performing Stage, the group has matured and is aware of resources to assist with problems. Group members were able to share experiences and listen to other neighbors who are facing similar

The third stage is the norming stage. During this stage, relationships among team members are becoming closer and group cohesiveness is coming together. The group identity is really becoming clear. This stage is considered complete when the structure of the group is completely solidified and the members of the group have decided on what is considered proper behavior for members of the group. elping my community is very easy to do, in many ways. There are many reasons why I would love to help my community. There are a lot of people trying to destroy our environment. My opinion in medical care is that it should be free, so that in order everyone can stay healthy happy. Many people suffer because of having to work so hard and take so many risks just to pay a doctor to get a check up. This community has gone very out of place everyone just doing whatever they want. This needs to stop. We have young kid's growing up and trying to get far in life. Everyone should set up a meeting and discuss this and think of an idea to stop this situation.…

While traveling to various cities in Ecuador, I learned that social classes influence your neighborhood, appearance, education, and even your last name. However, there is little social mobility. While interviewing Ricardo, he stated that people born in the lowest class will usually remain there for the rest of their lives, giving a sense of superiority to members of the upper class. Living in the suburbs of Guayaquil instead of the “downtown” area is more desirable, in spite of the fact that many businesses are located downtown. Additionally, the upper class neighborhoods within the suburbs are usually guarded by wrought…

Well according to Tuckman’s group development stages it describes the development of a team.it goes from forming, norming, performing and adjourning. Tuckman’s stages honestly helped me understand what our group was going through. When we first formed our group was going through some tension when we were deciding on what we were choosing for our first speech, especially since one of our group members missed the one the first classes. That was then I realized that this wasn’t going to be easy. Then we learned about Tuckman’s group stages which helped me predict what was going to happen with our group in the near future. We went from having lots of conflict to agreeing on most topics and getting the task ahead of us done.…
