The two types sound similar but they differ in many aspects, such as their effect on the body and cure. The lymph nodes affected in Hodgkin’s lymphoma mostly occur in the upper parts, such as neck or chest. In Non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma the lymph nodes are throughout the whole body. In Hodgkin’s lymphoma the survival rate is low, because of the differences between medications. 79 percent of men and 83 percent of women survived after 10 years or more of lymphoma, survival rates decreases as the patient becomes older. 80 percent of men survived from Non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma and it was falling to 68 percent during the past 5 years. 79 percent of women survived from one year or more and 70 percent of them survived for 5 years. As we previously mentioned, the patient Linda who is diagnosed since the year 2000 and still hasn’t cured. Young people will survive less than the old people who are between the ages of 70 to 99 years
