The World on Turtle’s back was about a female and male which lived in a sky world. In this sky world was a big tree and on this tree grew crops for the two to eat every year. A day came when the two were curious and started to dig a hole next to the tree. It wasn’t even 10sec. and they broke through the world, it spooked the male so he stepped back. The Grandma got down and stuck her head through the hole and then, she fell falling from what seemed to be the sky. Then the story about “The Two Brother’s And Their Grandma” it is very similar to the last story besides in the sky world it is dark. There was a big tree which produced crops from it every year, and they dug a hole through the world as well. The Grandma also fell through …show more content…
the hole because she was curious and lost balance. The Grandma got down and stuck her head through the hole and then, she fell falling from what seemed to be the sky. While she was falling there were these birds which wanted to help her stop falling, but they couldn’t stop her completely. Therefore was a turtle which floated at the bottom to catch the Grandma on his back. Once she recognized what happened, she looked at her hand and there were seeds from the tree. She couldn’t plant them because there was no land to be found so the animals wanted to help her. They tried and tried and tried, but just couldn’t get deep enough. Then came the muskrat which did all it could and never came back up. All of a sudden the muskrat floated back up with a bit of dirt. The grandma started an island on the turtle and had twins. One was a good right-handed boy and the other was a bad left-handed boy. They went along doing what they did best. The right-handed did well and the left-handed did badly. Eventually the left-handed was tired of the right- handed twin doing good so he killed his twin brother and his mother. That was the end of “The World on Turtle’s Back.” “The Two Brother’s And Their Grandma” was the same exact story other than it was dark in the sky world.
The big tree grew different crops than it did in the other story. The grandma also fell through the world, but a different kind of bird broke her fall as well. She made an island on the turtle’s back as well, but there was a different animal which risked its life to bring dirt from the bottom of the ocean to the top. The grandma had a daughter who wasn’t supposed to look to the east or she would become pregnant. But she did, she also had twins, but they were girls, one good and the other bad.
The stories are similar with a male and female who lived in a sky world. On this sky world, there were both big trees which produced food for the male and female to eat. The Grandma on both stories fell through the sky world into a big ocean. A type of bird broke the Grandma’s fall and set her on a turtle’s back. Both stories had Grandma’s, who had twins, and in both stories one was good and the other was bad. “The World on the Turtle’s back” and “Two Brothers and the Grandma’s” were different because one sky world was dark and the other was light. The trees in both stories produced different foods. There were also different animals which helped the grandmas break their fall from the sky
world. “The World on the Turtle’s Back” was a very bright good story. It also had lots of weird things like falling through the sky world. Then below that sky world was a big ocean appeared to me as a dream. But it wasn’t it was a story of these two people which got separated by a hole in the ground. “Two Brothers and the Grandma’s” were similar but it began in darkness. It didn’t seem very exciting to me, but then the grandma fell into a ground of birds. Then it started to change my line of thought. Overall when it comes to picking my favorite story, it would be “The World on the Turtle’s Back”
