As a senior, things in my life have changed drastically. I now know what is important in life and I try to live life by those things. Throughout the years, I have discovered what matters and what doesn’t, thus creating or confirming my values. Being a senior, I have a much better concept of who I want to be rather than when I was a freshman. Secondly, as senior, I am expected to know life plans. The thought of a future college or job is no longer bizarre, but is actually expected. Now instead of stressing about a biology project, I find myself worried about what is to come in the next several years. This has probably been the most substantial difference in my life between freshman and senior year; the mindset and focus. As a senior, I now spend most of time trying to figure out my future. While as a freshman, I was caught up in the here and now. Lastly, a difference in my life as a senior is the concept of time. Looking back at my high school experience, it is so evident just how fast time really goes. High school seems as if it just flew by. All the years have run together, and I have found myself wondering where the time has gone. These people that have spent everyday with for the last four years suddenly have become people who I may never see again after this
