Competence In Professional Practices

If professionals would like to change areas of practice, they should speak to their supervisor before implementing their own ideas. It would also be a good idea to consult with other professionals and get feedback. As feedback from supervisors and peers are provided, professionals have an idea of what the best course of action is.
