Dear Sir/Madam,
I have been a faithful employee in this company for the past 2 years. My time at the company has been good one so far, but now a problem has crept up, which threatens to disrupt my otherwise peaceful time at the company. This letter is regarding the behavior of my immediate head. He is the Plant Manager, and for some reason of his own, he has singled me out to harass.
Ever since, he was transferred from Aryzta Company situated in Ireland to other branch of the same company situated in Dunstable – Woodside, he is dealing with organizing the daily operations of manufacturing plants and similar places. Previously I applied for my holidays and it was accepted by my shift Manager named as Asif, M Zubair and it was updated on TENZER that I am on my official holidays, but tactlessly recently I received a call from my shift Manager that I have to attend company meeting on Wednesday ___, I went on meeting date mentioned by my Shift Manager, and after that meeting I was called by my Plant Manager in his office along with Asif, M Zubair (Shift Manager) and in office he constantly accused that I was on unsanctioned holidays but despite this I was on my official holidays, he shouted at me like I am a bought slave of him and whenever I tried to say something during conversation he stopped me by saying “STOP”.. “STOP”.. “STOP”..At that time I disrespect badly and simply being ignored by Plant Manager. Moreover he cancelled all my remaining holidays and further he gave me a threat by saying that “I will dismiss you from your job and further deducted 4 days holidays pay from my monthly salary”.
In my whole 2 years career in Aryzta, I have never delinquency and unendorsed behaviour in the company. Secondly, suddenly change criteria by

Throughout once in your life, you may have been confronted with a situation where you accept inconveniences instead of taking action. According to William F. Buckley, American people everywhere have refrained from “trying to rectify irrational vexations”. In Buckley’s essay, “Why Don’t We Complain?” he explains some situations that he was involved in where no one would complain to repair an uncomfortable situation. Throughout the essay, Buckley uses his experiences and strong reasoning to show why he believes that the American people do not complain. Buckley attempts to support that the apathy that Americans would accept inconveniences instead of taking action is the cause of many Americans’ apathy toward huge political and social issues, creating a vicious circle of indifference and sheer laziness. After reading Buckley’s essay, I support Buckley’s ideas about assertiveness and helplessness due to three reasons.…

Approximately three weeks after being hired I was given the responsibility of closing without the proper tools to do so. Yet, I ensured the daily tasks were completed to the best of my ability. Still, Mrs.xxx was rarely pleased with the outcome. On several occasions while she was instructing me of my duties she would use terms like “you better”, and also she would remind me that I was on a 90-day probation. I considered it unprofessional for her to use such phrases to intimidate me. I felt as if she was insinuating that she had control over me and she had the authority to fire me when she pleased. While giving orders her tone of voice was rarely polite. Mrs. Mejia has a recording of a discussion both her and I had, where she is giving me feedback and advise about my responsibilities, that day she was actually very courteous and polite. Though majority of the time while approaching her employees she tends to be very demanding. Most employees at this store would agree that they are unappreciated by her, and their accomplishments are almost never acknowledged.…

I had stopped into the Trystan’s Corporation the day after my graduation to see if they had a schedule for when I was to start their new young executive’s program. I was told that it would start in about two weeks and that I should be made aware that it was against company policy to have a family member working under me. I thought it seemed strange for her to say this to me and asked her why would she bring something like that to my attention? For some reason alarm bells rang inside my head and my temper flared. Sometimes I hate it when I’m right, and this was one of…

Therefore, I ask Richard if the patient’s skin had any breakdown, he reported the skin was intact. Consequently, during my morning assessment, I asked a team member to help me reposition the patient. Hence, when I turned the patient, I found her on a bedpan. Moreover, I apologized to her, because I had not been told she was on the bedpan. The patient replied, “I have been on the phone since the day shift yesterday, also I have asked three people to get me off, no one came back.” Consequently, when Richard came back, I confronted him with my findings, he claims he did not put the patient on the bedpan all shifts. I explained to him, the patient’s injuries were severe and he had reported no skin breakdown, also charted the same, therefore, I informed him I must file an incident report. Suddenly, he became quite and went into the manager’s office to defend himself. Then, during the investigation, the previous day shift nurse of the patient, claimed she had put the patient on the bedpan, before leaving and had informed Richard. Consequently, a few days later Richard was…
