Making ethical decisions often means an organization will have to trade something off for the greater good of all people. A company 's ethical behavior is directly tied to leadership and their moral beliefs and values. The head of CVS is transforming the number one ranked retail pharmacy chain into a model organization. The company 's bold move to remove cigarettes and tobacco products from it shelves is an ethical decision that CVS made to align with its visions and goals.
