West Designs is a highly-specialized digital marketing agency focused on creating relationships with growing businesses to serve them with impactful branding, highly functional and engaging websites, and business-changing inbound marketing.
West Designs dedicates itself to three core competencies:
1. Branding: We tell stories through design and messaging. We develop extensive identity packages for clients that include logo design, branding style guides, collateral design, and captivating communication strategies.

Since our beginning, we’ve served companies ranging from plumbers to orthodontists, from Walt Disney executives to local utility companies, and from local non-profits to international speakers.
4. What are your company’s core values and mission?
In January of 2015 we adopted a mission to “make the Internet a better place by helping companies look good and get found online.” We operated under that mission statement for approximately six months until we could no longer see that definition being sufficient to define the killer work we were doing for our clients. 3. Embrace efficiency
a. Establish and implement best practices
b. Adopt a culture of continuous improvement
For each goal, we have a “champion” who steps up to be responsible for bringing that goal to life and defining measurable objectives. We meet every other week for a Strategic Action Planning Session to assign action items to each team member and hold one another accountable to our commitments.
We firmly believe that achieving these strategic goals will help us incrementally reach our vision, driven by our mission, and guided by our core values. We believe that achieving these strategic goals will not only help us achieve financial and client-based goals for West Designs, but also personal goals for our culture and workplace environment.
SECTION III. EMPLOYEE PRACTICES
1. What development opportunities are provided for staff members, along with additional benefits beyond healthcare packages?
In support of our core values of leadership and creativity, the whole team participates in an annual, full-day, international leadership event known as Leadercast. Leadercast provides our team with leadership presentations from some of the most impactful leaders around the world and offers a terrific forum for culture creation at West

    2. Branding is about the totality of a customer's experience. Your brand is about everything you do which impinges on the consciousness of the customer and, more importantly, it is about everything s/he thinks you do. Some experiences carry greater weight than others. Some experiences have been forgotten entirely consciously by your customer, but are nevertheless of paramount importance in the way s/he views you. Customers build brands piecemeal. They build a story about you based upon their experience. They see your products in certain shops. They heard one of your people on the radio. Somebody told them about an experience they had with you - actually, they got the name wrong. Your brand logo reminds them of daffodils. Your customer owns your brand - you do not. Your job is to behave as consistently as possible.…

A brand is the likeness, idea or image of a specific product or service that buyers connect with, by identifying the name, logo, slogan, or design of the entity that owns the idea or image. When the idea or image is marketed so that it is recognizable by more and more people, and identified with a certain service or product when there are many other companies offering the same service or product, it is then considered branding. Advertising professionals work on branding not only to build brand recognition, but also to build good reputations and a set of principles to which the company should strive to maintain or exceed. Branding is an important part of Internet commerce because it companies to build their reputations as well as expand beyond the original product and service, and add to the revenue generated by the original brand ("What is branding," 2012). The branding of this company will be specifically related to the transportation needs of the elderly on all levels. The logo will be a silhouette of an elderly person escorted inside a vehicle. The slogan will be “Because you have served for so many years, it’s time for us to serve you!” When functioning on branding, or building a brand, entities that are using web pages and search engine optimization have a few details to work out before being able to build a effective brand.…

The statement does not answer who their customers are and what operating philosophies they offer. Although, as the years go by Boeing manages to form a mission statement by identifying its customers. Same goes for Intel Corporation, they do not incorporate their operating philosophies, nor their competitive advantages. Personally, I believe Leo Burnett and Celestial Seasonings mission statements provide the most clarity and consistency only failing to identify one out of the five questions. It is important that a company’s mission statement delivers a clear answer to each one of these questions installing a foundation for the development of the marketing…
