Some solutions that can help in this situation is have a meeting between them where they are able to have a conversation about how Kumar working style is how her schedule works. They should get to know each other in a way where Susan feel comfortable working for Kumar they need to have a better communication between them. Walter, and the law firm should recognized Susan work skill reward her for all her hard work give her a fair wages the same as the other assistant are receiving. Susan needs to be able to communicate with her supervisor let them know how she feel with all this responsibilities and the way she see a gap between her and the other assistant salary. My recommendations how Walter should handle this situation arrange a meeting for them where they will be able to get to know each other understand each other working style be able to come to agreement on the working schedule.
