Officer LESSANE met the DEFENDANT PHILLIP SCARBROUGH at the Law Enforcement
Center in reference to warrant service. The DEFENDANT was placed under arrest and transported to Beaufort County Detention Center per department policy.
Warrant # 2016A0720600260 was served and I cleared the call for service.
