This is a positive reinforcement because if she will be getting a reward out of being on time to pick me up. She has to be on time to pick me up on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday for the dissed reward for her which consist of dinner being bought my me. By her showing up on time this desired behavior I want to get out of this reinforcing behavior assignment. Over the past two years I have tired different things to have her pick me up on time for example I would till her the time I got out of class and she would still be late to pick me up. With it being a successful outcome that means tonight we are going to eat dinner somewhere and I am going to pay for it. Due to that being her reward for picking me up on time. I told her she had to pick me up on time for the rest of the week and I would buy her dinner. The results included on Wednesday I got out of class at one o’clock and usually she isn't there to pick me up till a little after one o’clock. I got out of class and their she was waiting in her car for me in the parking lot in front of the Union. Day one of positive reinforcing was a success. For Thursday she picked me up on time for the morning class but we got out early on Thursday for this class so I did not count that against her because we were out ten minutes early. Day two also works out because she was on time for when she was supposed to pick me up. Finally for Friday my morning class ends around 10 o’clock and I walked out of the classroom building today and she was parked waiting for me on the side of the street. So the end result by offering her a I found out through this activity if you offer someone an incentive to something that they will probably do it.
