Difference Between Northern Virginia Community College And Jordan College

Northern Virginia Community College is a college in Virginia State in USA and Jordan College is a college in Jordan and both of them are educational institutions designed to graduate students in different majors. Both of them share the same goals and types of majors they have. Also, NVCC and Jordan College are famous colleges in their areas and most students want to attend them for their good degrees. However, Northern Virginia Community College and Jordan College are different in three major points. The first difference between them is their facilities. Northern Virginia Community College has many campuses around the state which make it easy to students to enroll, and all of them are connected together through the web.
NVCC tuition is affordable, and the college helps students to get into and register. Also, NVCC gives financial aid to help students with low income to get in college. Moreover, NVCC gives loans to students who need it, and after they graduate they work and return it back to college. On the other hand, Jordan College has an expensive tuition because it is one of the most popular colleges in the Middle East. Also, the college does not give any tuition help to students to enter it so the students must have the money or they cannot enter it. NVCC has a variety of activities students can do around the campuses. This college has different sport teams students can join and in each campus there is a fitness room for students. Also, NVCC gives the opportunity to students to participate in different clubs to show their political and cultural opinions. Moreover, NVCC has a weekly schedule full of activities to students through the week. For example, the campus prepare lunches with the staff. Also, there is movie night and in that day the campus prepare movie with some snacks and it is all free for students. NVCC also has volunteer programs so students can engage with each other easily. In contrast, Jordan College focuses on studying more than students’ activities. In this college, there is just one football team students can join. There is a small stadium in the middle of the campus. Also, the college provides some trips to particular majors to help them to study, not to have fun. For example, they send medical students to hospitals to see surgeries or they prepare a trip for engineers students to some work places to see the work environment. In addition, the college does not provide any volunteering programs for students.
