Based on parental report and direct observation Christopher displayed various strengths and weaknesses.
Christopher can perform the following: spontaneously name five or more objects; stack six to seven blocks; look at a picture book with an adult and may name or point to simple objects and count up to 5 or more objects. He can also imitate scribbling, understanding concepts of one, and match circle, square and triangle. On the other hand, Christopher had difficulty with the following: telling if an object is “heavy” or “light” and understanding “more” and “less”.
Communication
Based on parental report and direct observation Christopher displayed various strengths and weaknesses. Christopher can perform the following: point to three body parts when asked; use 10 to 15 words spontaneously; understanding at least three possessives; produce three or more two-word phrases; pointing to 6 body parts when asked; point to 15 or more pictures of common objects when they are named and follow directions about placing one item “in” and “on” another. However, Christopher had difficulty with the following: carrying out two-step directions that are related; using five or more regular plurals; giving his full name on request; and carrying out two-step unrelated commands.

Christopher can perform the following: show pride in accomplishments; quietly listen to a story, music, movie, or TV; sing familiar songs with adult; use “please” and “thank you” appropriately; may need to be reminded and asks for assistance when having difficulty.
