● Full P&L responsibility, annual budgeting and marketing plans
● Development of, and management to, core business assumptions, including hits/day, conversion rates, average transaction value; demonstrate excellent business acumen by reallocating resources to adjust to realtime results
● Development of core search engine strategy (paid and organic).
● Development of acquisition and retention programs for various customer types, product segments, etc.
● Identify and negotiate partnerships with 3rd party product providers
● Identify, manage, negotiate and evaluate ongoing web marketing alliances and partnerships.
● Utilize analytics to monitor site activity and drive strategic marketing decisions.
● Develop, plan, execute and analyze all direct marketing campaigns for multiple sites, including landing pages, micro sites, sponsorship content, acquisition and retention emails, etc.
● Drive sales while maintaining integrity of brand, pricing strategy, and margins
● Online sales and merchandising of products on flagship site
● Develop and maintain customer loyalty programs, including continuity
● Development of email campaigns; order reminder & abandoned cart saves
● Oversee all paid search, CPA, display and other acquisition initiatives
● Help drive Social Marketing strategy as related to acquisition
● Establish shipping policies and procedures to drive sales and maintain corporate margins
● Provide a rich online experience for the customer and a destination where customers can become immersed in the brand

● Provide briefings/update at least weekly to HCO’s ownership team People Management
● Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of Ecommerce team, including call center staff
● Management of the Ecommerce team, including team development, adherence to HCO policies, and HCO core values
● Identification of Ecommerce team continuing education needs;
