Roles and Functions of Health Care Managers
Just like an actor in the movies, health care manager can play many roles. In such a diverse industry, one does not have to be a doctor or nurse to be involved within the health care organizations. Management in a hospital setting is going to be much different from management in a pharmaceutical setting. This paper will briefly discuss the roles and functions of management in different health care settings as well as the role of management and leaders in the diversified health care industry.

Without the proper planning management cannot properly delegate tasks and complete the goals, and deadlines set. Organization is key to ensuring everything runs smooth within an organization. Being able to control situations and to keep any crisis or disruption from spiraling out of control is an important quality management needs to possess.
