Employers are looking at employees who are flexible. It doesn’t mean doing things which you are not trained to do but being organised to help or change what you do to ensure that jobs are finished as soon as possible. When you work on the task, you may have problems, i.e. important information is missing and you need it before the end of the week, follow steps to receive it straight away.
In case items are missing such as envelopes, don’t hang around waiting for someone to do it, order the envelopes in plenty of time before the end of the week to make this become less difficult.
