This is a good tool for the team leader each week to use to keep us on track. We can add anything we feel is necessary as a team. I feel like this would keep me on track if I was managing a project and I thought it might be a tool everyone could use the entire course is laid out in one spot with all the requirements.
The boxes below are what we should concentrate on each week.

Each individual will share his/her personal resume here in the team area, early in Week 1. This will help identify the skills and abilities of each member. Read the other team members’ resumes and comment as to strengths and skills each individual brings to the team.

Students will assume the role of management consultants to CanGo. CanGo brought you in to advise them as to an appropriate course of action needed to address various challenges facing the firm. As external consultants, students will observe, through the viewing of video cases, CanGo’s personnel interactions in various group settings as they describe and attempt to address
